Where to start…

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga 1

Level: Open to all

The basics of Aerial fitness with a hammock. This class will have 2-4 inversions per class.

  • This is an introductory AntiGravity® class most suitable for beginning students, but open to all. Here you will discover the excitement and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space. One will become familiar with the Christopher Harrison AntiGravity Hammock and the new sensations associated with inversions and flying, while building knowledge and foundational movements essential to progression in the movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, suspended stretching and fun!

    Once your instructor feels like you are ready to progress onto Aerial Yoga 2, they will let you know.

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga

A gentler approach to this workout. Great for those with mobility issues, focusing on therapeutic and meditative. This class will have 1 inversion per class.

Level: Open to all

  • AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga is a gentle, meditative class designed for relaxation, deep stretching, and rehabilitation. It's the perfect "me time" to focus on self-care. This class combines full-body inversions with spinal traction techniques, promoting improved flexibility and mind-body connection. Whether you're dealing with physical limitations or simply seeking a deeper stretch, Restorative Yoga offers accessibility for all levels. Working at varying hammock heights gently opens the hips and spine, helping you release tension and enhance overall mobility.

Specialty Classes

AntiGravity® Flying Flexibility 1.5 & 2.5

Working on increasing your flexibility? This class is for you!

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga 2 & 3

Level 2: Intermediate Level 3: Advanced

    Flying Flexibility 1.5 is the introductory level of our Flying Flexibility series, designed to enhance and maintain flexibility through deep, effective stretches. This class moves at a faster pace, with choreographed moments set to an energetic playlist.

    Flying Flexibility 2.5 is the advanced level in our Flying Flexibility series. This class builds on your flexibility journey, focusing on deep stretches to further increase and maintain flexibility. You should be comfortable with the hammock and confident in transitioning quickly in and out of it.

  • Continue to gain strength & flexibility in your Aerial Yoga practice as you challenge yourself to stretch further and attempt more difficult positions. You should be able to move in an out of inversions and moves taught in Aerial Yoga 1 with out direction or assistance. Aerial Yoga 2 poses and sequences will be guided.

    These Aerial Yoga class are challenging class for advanced AntiGravity Aerial Yoga students. You should be able to move in and out of inversions without direction or assistance. Regardless of your Yoga, dance, pilates, etc. experience, prior AntiGravity Aerial Yoga experience is necessary.

    As we add on to our curriculum from the previous levels, we get to add more tricks and poses from the other AntiGravity styles.

AntiGravity® Deep Tissue Massage 2

Level 2: Instructor Permission Required

  • This class focuses on deep tissue release using the AntiGravity Hammock. This class combines all of our AntiGravity techniques with added elements to help you unwind, release tension, and work out tight muscles, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

    Doors are locked when class begins, so be sure you are prompt. LATE ARRIVALS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. No exceptions. Long sleeved shirts recommended. You MUST wear clothing that covers your underarms.
